Food is a universal language, a communicator, a bridge and a window to others’ traditions and cultures. It is also something you could put your heart and soul and your creative ideas and imaginations to work and enjoy the fruits of your labour ultimately!
This is a dish that I picked up from my maternal home. Between, my eldest sister was my 1st teacher in cooking when I was a secondary student. I learnt a vegetable dish from her just before her marriage. From then on learning to cook with recipes is the norm.
