Minced Char Siew Noodles

It was tasty noodles (sheng mian) mixed with homemade char siew and its sauce garnished with spring onions for that extra flavour~ Yum!

Although I discourage the use of raw onions on cooked food, but really, to get that enhanced taste, it's so irresistible. Take care though to wash spring onion under running tap water several times before using the raw!
