Noodles with Mince and Mushroom

I bought a packet of "sheng mian" as ER wished. Unlike the cooked yellow noodles from the wet market stall, these noodles are in raw stage, which needed to be cooked in rapid boiling oiled and salted water before use.
Today I have made a minced pork mushroom sauce to serve with it. Blenched "choy sum" or mustard greens eaten with it, thus offered a healthier meal.
